Ingredients

MAIN INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the bourbon, soy sauce, apple juice, brown sugar, honey, garlic powder and ground ginger.

2. Place the chicken cubes in a large resealable plastic bag, pour in the marinade mixture and seal the bag. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
