- 2 large beetroots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of tahini

- Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Peel and cube the beetroots and place them on a baking sheet. Roast for 25 minutes, or until the beetroots are tender.
