Ingredients

  • 1 lb. spaghetti
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup Pecorino Romano cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, Parmesan and Romano cheeses, bacon, garlic, pepper, and salt.

3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

4. Add the spaghetti and toss to coat in the oil.

5. Pour the egg mixture over the spaghetti and stir gently to combine.

6. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the egg mixture is cooked and the spaghetti is coated in the sauce.

7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
