Ingredients

MAIN INGREDIENTS

  •  2 tablespoons olive oil
  •  2 cloves garlic, minced
  •  1 onion, diced
  •  1 red bell pepper, diced
  •  1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  •  2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  •  Salt and pepper, to taste
  •  1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  •  1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  •  2 cups water
  •  1 (8 ounce) package uncooked pasta
  •  1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley

Instructions

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, onion, and bell pepper and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are softened.

2. Add the chicken cubes and season with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
