  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 8-10 soft flour tortillas
  • Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa


1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the chicken, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.

3. Add the onion, bell pepper, tomato, and cilantro to the skillet and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

4. To assemble the tacos, place a few spoonfuls of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla. Top with desired toppings.
