  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
  •  2 tablespoons olive oil
  •  2 tablespoons fresh herbs (such as parsley, thyme, oregano, and/or dill), chopped
  •  Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  •  Lemon wedges, for garnish
